These pieces are simply leftover scraps from projects of architecture students, alleys, and collected junk. The utilized portions were most likely assembled into something beautiful and well thought out, while these dismantled pieces were left discarded and nameless.

This collection highlights the hidden beauty that can be left behind from these interactions. These pieces evoke symmetry, balance, texture, emotion, and a sense of unintentional beauty.

Item 5.

This piece features a solid wood base with a warmer tone wood veneer applied. To the left of the piece there is a residue and clues of distress from something that may have been applied to the surface before. 3 bent nails are placed evenly along the length of the piece. The right side balances the piece by introducing a thin neon pink strip and a wider electric blue strip that wraps the side.
